Quarter Peal at Halesworth

Despite two cannons breaking off the treble at Halesworth on Tuesday, ringing continues on the back six, and a quarter was rung on Saturday morning as a compliment to Revd Barbara Garwood, our local Methodist minister, who is moving to Newmarket. Barbara has been a popular figure in Halesworth and has done much to further the cause of ecumenism, as well as being a stalwart in the ringers' local pub!
